The Club Foundation was created in 1988 as the only 501(c)3 organization focused solely on the club industry. The Foundation seeks to fund the life cycle of a club manager’s career. Therefore, The Club Foundation provides dollars for the following five key areas: 1) Students 2) Faculty 3) Club Managers 4) CMAA Chapters 5) Industry at Large. The Club Foundation has a donor base of constituents that seek to further the knowledge and skills of those individuals that lead country clubs, yacht clubs, city clubs, and more.

The willingness of club professionals to educate and share their experiences with you is overwhelmingly beneficial. The experience provides faculty opportunities to apply current information and trends to curriculum development, create a reliable and functioning network of industry experts, and identify and pursue research topics.”

“Having received the Willmoore Kendall Scholarship in 2016, I can attest to the importance and integral role The Club Foundation plays in allowing members to achieve their personal and professional goals. This was clearly evident personally, as I used the funds provided from the scholarship to attend the necessary BMI courses and subsequently attain my CCM designation in November 2017. With that sentiment in mind, I would love to do my part and give back through advocacy for The Club Foundation.
